Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales KPI ( Mandy, Bill Cut, TLSD, LPC)
• Distribution Expansion
• Implement the right GTM in the market
• Knowledge about BTL activations
• Implement business Hygiene | Distributor overdue | Market over due | Claim submission etc
• Increasing and regulating sales of the company's sales.
• Setting and reaching the sales target for the area under your responsibility.
• Fulfilling and servicing the needs of existing customers.
• Finding potential business opportunities in the market.
• Developing various sales strategies and implementing the same.
• Collecting customer feedback and facilitating market research.
• Keeping up to date with various products and competitors and reporting to the senior managers.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of the geography
• Sales Experience in Food Industry is mandatory
• General Trade Experience
