The Role involves being a B2C sales leader for Gujarat State which includes Ahmedabad Metro. The area covers whole of Gujarat State.
• We only need profiles from Retails (B2C) Segment – basically a leader of a team of people whose main job is to go to 20 -25 outlets a day and bring in orders and supply them through the distributor.
• The person must be an Area Sales Manager for at least 3 years.
• Profiles from Lighting would be preferred but FMCG profiles from reputed companies will be considered.
• MBA is preferred, but college is not a bar.

Job Description
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for the managing and driving sales through dedicated team and distribution channels for all geographies related to the specific branch by focusing on the activities below.
Responsibility:
• Driving sales through distributors and direct dealers
• Growing business through influencers like architects and contractors
• Driving new product launches
• Ensure distribution coverage to all critical towns; take necessary corrective actions to increase coverage through distributors/dealers and addition of retail outlets in existing and gap towns
• Managing & reviewing a set of dedicated team & ensuring implementation of action plans through them to improve performance in respective zones
• Regular inventory & stock planning with supply chain managers
• Design and propose the Local Sales promotions schemes and track their usage
• Taking process improvement initiatives around sales process, distribution and branch operations
• Ensure timely closure of complaint handling
• MIS reporting, tracking of expenses and ensure timely settlement of claims
Skills/Qualifications:
• MBA with minimum 5 years of Sales experience from a reputed college
• Knowledge of local language, Hindi & English and the person should be open to travel
