This is regarding opening with a Leading MNC Bank as an Area Sales Manager- CASA
Designation: Area Sales Manager - CASA
Experience: 7 to 8+ years of work experience in CASA sales and Team handling with a Private Bank
Industry: Banking only
NOTE: Team Handling role
Location: Mumbai/Delhi
JOb Role:
- They oversee the region's team of CEP and CASA personal bankers, who are tasked with acquiring CASA accounts, salary accounts, building balances / TD books, and cross-selling a variety of banking products like insurance, gold loans, personal loans, consumer LAPs, etc.
- Create and manage a team of qualified CEP and CASA personal bankers.
- Productivity per person, client activation, and cross-selling.
- Opening new accounts (Current and Savings) in the branch catchment region Securing reputable corporate sources for salary accounts
- Manage the portfolio and activate newly opened accounts, UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance, and grow wallet share of our banking products, such as insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, and mutual funds.
- Participate in corporate induction and migration activities in the vicinity of the catchment region. Develop good relationships with internal teams
