Job Description
We are looking for someone who can drive strong on-ground execution within a defined territory. This role is focused on building active accounts, ensuring regular business, and creating visibility.
You will work closely with partners to make sure products don’t just get listed-but actually move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify and onboard dermatology clinics, and key retail outlets within your territory
Ensure quick activation of new accounts and drive initial product adoption
Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to generate repeat orders
Build strong relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and store managers
Execute visibility initiatives at the clinic/retail level to improve product movement
Track weekly performance and consistently work towards achieving targets
Share on-ground insights around customer feedback, competitor activity, and demand trends
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in pharma, skincare, or healthcare sales
Experience working in a specific territory or city
Basic understanding of clinic/retail sales dynamics
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Someone who is proactive and comfortable with field work
Reliable, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups
