• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
• Plan and organize area of operation as per company yearly business plan for the entire business and reviewing the achievements against the targets on monthly basis.
• Appointment of FMCG distributor in Beverages category.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Training and development of BDM & BDE with distributor sales person.
• Beat planning and route planning.
• Managing all the BDM, BDE, SR's & distributors sales men in the area.
• Implements the monthly sales plan by his team and outlet and follows up the execution on a daily basis by monitoring the daily sales reports
