Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Global FinCorp Jaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills:
• Candidate with 4 yrs of Experience in Channel / DSA Business for Business Loans / Personal Loans
• Good Communication Skills.
• Customer Handling Skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing the Business Loan/Personal loan cases in the market.
• Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.
• Coordinating with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement.
• Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets.
• Working as a team in co-ordinations with Credit Policy & operations for better functioning of the system.
• Solving customer queries to help proper functioning of sanctioning & disbursement.
