The Area Sales Manager – West Bengal for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for business retention and growth for part of West Bengal based out of Kolkata. This position is part of the Sales & Marketing located in Kolkata and will be on Hybrid.You will be a part of the West Bengal team and report to the Regional Business Manager East- and responsible for retention of current customer business and providing growth by adding new customers.If you thrive in a fast paced, Challenging role and want to work to build a world-class Sales & Customer Delight organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Travel extensively in parts of west Bengal and you will be based out of KolkataMeeting existing and New customers on daily basis to generate growth in salesWork towards retention of existing business and adding new prospectsMake extensive use of tools like Salesforce and DBS to drive results Coordinate with the Service and Application team to work towards customer delightThe essential requirements of the job include:Science Graduate / Management Graduate with at least three years of sales experience in IVD industry.Responsible for sales of Hardware and Reagents across modalities like Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology etc.Required to support C&E and Govt. Business Teams in winning new accounts and managing existingEnsure Customer Delight – ensure coordination with Service & Apps teams for quick response to customer issuesIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Corporate Hospitals and Laboratories also should have handled clients within West Bengal.When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80, people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
