Job Description: Art and Craft Teacher
• Position: Art and Craft Teacher
• Location: Harsha International Public School
• Job Type: Full-time
• Reports To: Principal
• Job Summary:
• Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement engaging art and craft lessons for students.
- Teach various art techniques including drawing, painting, sculpting, and mixed media.
- Guide students in exploring different materials and creative methods.
- Encourage self-expression and creativity in students.
- Organize and display student artwork in classrooms and exhibitions.
- Conduct workshops, competitions, and art-related events.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Stay updated on new art trends and teaching techniques.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art into the curriculum.
• Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching art and craft (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong artistic skills in various mediums.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Passionate about arts, crafts, and creativity.
• Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of art history and cultural influences.
- Experience with digital art and design software (optional).
- Ability to organize art exhibitions and creative projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
