Role Description
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Art and Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute various artistic and cultural events while maintaining a strong online presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in event coordination, art management, social media marketing, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:Event Coordination & Art Management
• Plan, organize, and execute art exhibitions, cultural events, and creative workshops.
• Coordinate with artists, vendors, sponsors, and venues for smooth event execution.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure successful operations.
• Oversee event setup, décor, and design in alignment with artistic themes.
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and audience engagement strategies.
• Handle partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with other brands and creatives.
Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events and art initiatives.
• Manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics to improve social media outreach.
• Interact with online communities, respond to inquiries, and enhance brand presence.
• Create promotional campaigns and leverage influencer marketing if necessary.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
• Design eye-catching event posters, banners, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging digital content, including social media graphics, newsletters, and website visuals.
• Edit photos and videos for marketing and documentation purposes.
• Ensure all branding materials align with the organization’s artistic vision.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Arts, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, art coordination, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for the arts, creativity, and cultural events.
Preferred Skills (Plus but Not Required):
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of web design or WordPress.
• Experience in public relations or influencer marketing.
Work Environment:
• Hybrid/Remote/In-person based on company needs.
• Occasional evening and weekend work for events.
