Zurich Canada is currently looking for an ART Operational Delivery Lead to be the process owner responsible for supporting Fronting Managers with complex and non-standard account processes.

Reporting to the SVP, Head of ART, this role ensures adherence to ART and Account Onboarding playbooks, fosters continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational enhancements, and maintains and enhances operational tools and templates. Additionally, the ART Process Owner undertakes project delivery roles for key initiatives and projects.

What you will do

Process Management and Oversight
o Oversee process management, including governance of Canada, ZNA, and Group Captive roles and responsibilities.
o Manage operational SLA performance, reinforce expectations, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
o Ensure data quality and completion oversight (e.g., Captive database), and lead cross-functional leadership forums and escalation models.
o Oversee non-standard account onboarding processes and lead ART process improvement initiatives.
o Maintain ART operational processes, playbooks, and controls, and enhance / maintain ART-specific documentation, including playbooks, SharePoint site, and process checklists.

People Management
o Build and develop a team of "Fronting Manager Associates“.

Account Onboarding Coordination
o Lead / support Fronting Managers in coordinating the onboarding of new accounts across functional teams as per the onboarding playbook. This includes managing complex accounts or product warranty distribution partner onboarding and related cross-functional assessments, providing project management and coordination support as needed.

Develop and Maintain Tools / Templates
o Create, enhance, and maintain tools and templates to support the unique requirements of the ART unit, customers, and distribution partners. This includes operationalizing Captive Agreement terms / structures and managing the account onboarding playbook.

Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
o Serve as the SPOC for key initiatives and projects, representing ART requirements in line with operating models, and assume project management responsibilities for assignments.

Business Lead / Product Owner
o Act as the business lead or product owner for future state solutions within the application landscape, as prioritized.

Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table

Required:

Bachelor's degree in finance, insurance, or a related field.

AND

5+ years of experience in operations, audit, underwriting or risk management

Preferred:
Multi-line UW experience
Experience with Captive Markets
