Responsibilities Of Art Teacher
• Inspire and engage students through innovative and dynamic art lessons to deliver the art curriculum.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that fosters artistic development and encouragement in exploring various artistic techniques, mediums, styles and expressions.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their artistic growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to effectively deliver assigned lesson plans and enhance learning experiences.
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore their artistic talents.
Requirements Of Art Teacher
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification with a focus on Art & Design
• Demonstrated experience in teaching Art to Key Stage 3-4 students; Key Stage 5 experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for fostering creativity in young minds.
• Willing and flexible to work at a variety of schools in Folkestone and the surrounding area.
