Job Description
Drive Credit Cards sales to Asset Database customers
• Drive BDR Productivity, Cross Sell and Qualitative parameters
• Build and nurture relationships with Retail Asset Teams
• To coach, mentor and motivate the BDR team to enhance productivity,
Conduct regular training and refresher sessions to BDRs/Retail asset teams
To drive cross sell products at Pre & Post issuance level in order to increase card activation & Usage
Right Card To Right Customer approach by upgrading existing card to ensure increased usage and spends
It requires effective channel communication through right MIS
