The Asset Finance Team is responsible for working alongside the Partners Network to provide appropriate Asset Finance funding solutions to both Commercial and Consumer customers. The Assets we fund are by definition fixed and need to fall under the criteria - Identifiable, Securable and Removable

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

The Asset Finance Team is responsible for working alongside the Partners Network to provide appropriate Asset Finance funding solutions to both Commercial and Consumer customers. You will also;

Deliver asset finance solutions to customers and internal stakeholders

Seek new opportunities through leveraging existing networks and business development

Provide customer relationship support to internal network

Manage Credit risk -making sure the right outcome is achieved

Portfolio Management, Credit Risk, Delivering complex Solutions

What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?

Establishing trust to become the first port of call as the customers trusted advisor. But this is also an exciting element to the role.

This role is suited to a motivated, pro-active person with strong business development skills and industry knowledge. We are looking for:

Proven Relationship Banking and/or Asset Finance Industry experience

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex relationships

Strong business acumen, to understand complex proposals and provide solutions

A strategic perspective on markets and the impact on your portfolio and customers
