We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Resolution/Recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and law, with over 10 years of experience in stressed asset resolution.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with ARC-related prudential guidelines prescribed by RBI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Promote business growth through effective networking
• Have a deep understanding of the stressed and resolution business, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, legal enforcement and settlement
• Resolve non-performing assets
• Maintain a strong network within the banking, financial institutions, funds, private equity and NBFC sectors
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
