Become the SPOC for the clients assigned to you. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on social media platforms. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics. Stay updated on best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to social media and digital marketing. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Research and prepare client presentations, reports and take charge over client meetings. Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Social Media and Client Servicing Executive. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Experience with social media management and analytics tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
