Assistant Account Manager | Encino, CA | $30.00/hour | On-site M-F
Our Client, a business management firm is seeking an Assistant Account Manager/Finance Assistant. In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with account managers and the CEO on various financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a confident and professional communicator with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• This role can be a temp-hire if it is the right fit
Duties:
• Review and process transactions
• Perform all coding tasks, purchase order generation, and requisition deliveries according to company purchasing policies. Ensure accurate automated reports can be extracted from the information.
• Enter all Accounts Payable in AgilLink.
• Maintain Accounts Payable schedules.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in (Accounting, Finance, or Business related field)
• 2 + years of experience in accounting, business management, and working with HNW
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to fully address Accounts Payable practices
• Experience with Agilink preferred
