About the Role
Reporting to the supportive Finance Manager, you will be dealing with high volumes and be processing 1,000+ invoices monthly. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
End-to-end Accounts Payable
Expense allocations
Bank reconciliations
Assist with P&L reporting
Maintain general ledger and reconciliation of balance sheet and manage journal entries and monthly accruals
Manage the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices
Support the Finance Manager with weekly cash flow reporting
Assist with year-end reporting and the external audit process
Key Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting
You will have 3+ years experience processing 800+ monthly invoices
Xero experience is a must
ApprovalMax experience preferred
A genuine interest in charitable and NFP organisations is desirable
