Accounts Assistant - Oxfordshire - £25,000 / £30,000 – Hybrid working

About the Job:
Reporting to the Transactional Manager and working as part of the UK Finance team, the Accounts Assistant will handle a range of accounting duties, contributing to a high-performance culture.
Duties will include:
• Processing employee expenses
• Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
• Preparing and processing supplier payments
• Reconciling bank accounts, including foreign currency
• Managing sales invoicing and cash allocation
• Overseeing the credit card facility
• Supporting monthly cash extraction
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have at least 2 years of relevant experience with strong financial skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with Microsoft Great Plains or SAP Concur is advantageous. You should be highly organised, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
