Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance, flavor, food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence, we looking for a motivated Assistant Accounts Payable to become a part of our team.

We are looking for a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Assistant Accounts Payable.

Tasks
• Manage accounts payable function for global entities. Monitoring of invoices pending for accounting and ensure zero delays and smooth communication with vendors.
• You will primarily work on global entities in France and with global suppliers from China, Brazil, Indonesia etc
• Co-ordinate with global team members working in EU time-zone.
• Prepare and execute global payments for all vendors (raw material, logistics, packaging etc) and make process enhancements to automate payment flows and follow up process.
• Maintain knowledge of cash positions and plan for vendor payments and maintain smooth cash flow management.
• Foresee payment bottlenecks / delays and work with management team to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Access online banking portals and prepare digital payments for verification and authorization.
• Review of AP reports. Handling audits independently.
• Participate in ad-hoc accounts projects and financial analysis.

Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Business with keen interest in Accounting, Finance
• Very strong communication skills and added bonus if candidate speaks FRENCH
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel package.
• Motivated, organised and able to work in fast paced environment autonomously
• Ability to multi-task on complex projects responsibly and take initiate to drive improvement internal processes
• Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency. Problem solving nature.
