ASSISTANT ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience in design development, project coordination and contract administration of various scale of projects
Able to work independently and be responsible for coordinating design issues
Handles the interaction with client at project level during construction stages and administering construction contract
Lead the project team during design and construction while ensuring methodical and thorough documentation of the construction process
Formulate strategies and organize work flow to meet project objectives and deadlines
Possess strong design skills
Quick learner, fast adaptability
Able to work under tight deadlines
Able to work effectively in a team
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Master’s Degree in Architecture
Proficient in AutoCAD software and Revit Architecture
Singaporeans need to apply
3-5 years and above of relevant experience
