Mrs Berlia has made an outstanding contribution in ensuring that the Apeejay Stya vision of quality education of global standards leading to man-making and nation-building is effectively reflected in the conceptualization & standardization of the academic programmes and curricula across all its institutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Professor Associate Professorinclude the following :
• The candidate will be expected to substantially contribute to the teaching, research, consulting and pedagogy development of the subject specialization area
• Publishing in top tier (A and B level) peer-reviewed journals
• The candidate should be able to integrate curriculum with industry needs and deliver content with innovative pedagogies in class.
• Engaging and participating in ASU strategic initiatives and other activities.
The Successful applicant :
• First class Masters degree from a recognized university in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDM equivalent to MBA in the above disciplines.
• Is an eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
• Has published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of ten research publications in the scopus / peer-reviewed Journals
• A minimum of ten years of teaching experience and / or research experience at equivalent level at the University / NationaI Level Management Institutes of which at least 10yrs should be at the level of Assistant Professor or 5 five yrs experience as Associate Professor.
• Proven ability and / or successful experience in pedagogical innovations, such as in blended learning and / or e-learning will be appreciated.
