Ensuring customer satisfactionEnsure general cleanliness, appearance and safety of the office premises.Handling any kind of Parent enquiry & Student enquiry or complaintsProper communication & relationship with all the students and parents for entire course duration.Should co-ordinate with all departments at branch/region/Corporate office.

Ability to effectively manage conflict and have decision making skillsAbility to work independently; problem-solve, analyze issues, proactive,flexible,constructive approach and create action plans.
