The Position
Working closely with the Commercial Property Manager to assist with managing a portfolio of mixed-use properties predominantly commercial with some industrial and retail
Liaise with lessors, tenants, and contractors as required
Provide administration support to the portfolio in the form of, running reports, assisting with rent reviews, processing invoices, sending out communication to lessors, tenants, and contractors
Assist Commercial Property Manager in processing budgets and reconciliations
Maintain key registers
Work closely with the leasing team to ensure managements are being advertised, provide tenancy schedules and budgets
The Criteria
Ideally, a minimum of 1 - 2 x years’ experience as an assistant commercial property manager
Current Real Estate Registration
You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
Strong computer skills (extensive knowledge in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel)
Experience with Cirrus8 advantageous
