Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills and practical knowledge of roofing systems, particularly flat roofs and torch-on (SBS) membranes and shingles.
This position requires someone who can meet with clients, inspect roofs, prepare estimates, and close projects while providing professional service and accurate project assessments.
Candidates with previous roofing installation experience who have transitioned into sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with residential and commercial clients regarding roofing projects
Perform roof inspections and job site assessments
Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for roofing repairs and replacements
Explain roofing systems, materials, and installation processes to clients
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with project managers and roofing crews
Ensure project details and scope are clearly communicated to the installation team
Requirements:
Previous roofing sales experience preferred
Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems, torch-on membranes (SBS) and shingles.
Experience performing roof inspections and measurements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prepare accurate estimates
Organized and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license
Nice to have: Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working as a roofer or roofing foreman
Knowledge of roof flashing, drainage systems, gutters, and roofing materials
Experience with both residential and commercial roofing projects
