Are you an experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects?
Would you enjoy overseeing a varied range of timber structures?
I am working closely with a timber structures contractor who are looking to employ an assistant contracts / contracts manager on a permanent basis. Due to a strong pipeline, this role has come up through growth and you will join an existing team of contracts managers overseeing a range of timber installs.
They are a market leader in what they do and are widely recognised as the go to contractor to install a wide range of timber structures on both residential and commercial projects.
You will need to have strong multi site management and excellent communication skills to liaise with a whole host of clientel. A background in timber would be preferred however someone who has overseen multiple projects at once is essential.
About You
• Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS
• Previous Multi site management experience
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Sub contractor management experience
