Job Description
As an ADM, you'll work closely with senior development managers and directors to support the delivery of commercial projects from acquisition through to completion.
This is a hands-on role that will expose you to all facets of the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Leasing of existing and future assets
• Marketing, including company socials
• Assist in site acquisition, due diligence, and feasibility analysis
• Support planning and design coordination with consultants and authorities
• Help manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, and external stakeholders
• Contribute to leasing strategy and tenant engagement
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
About You:
We're looking for someone who brings:
• 2-5 years' experience in commercial property sales or leasing (agency or in-house)
• A strong understanding of market dynamics and tenant needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Tertiary qualifications in property, commerce, or a related field (preferred not essential)
