Job description
Assistant Director - Business Analysis & Strategy
Job Purpose: To assess the organization needs, review critical information, maintain internal controls by providing insights and market trends to the CEO to improve overall efficiencies.
Job Description:
- Conduct research and analyze publicly available data to find patterns, trends and insights that can help in decision-making and planning
- Play a crucial role in identifying business needs and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and profitability within the organization.
- Create informative and new age smart presentations delivering information to board members, internal stakeholders, parent organisations, potential customers, industry exhibits, conferences and any other internal and external meetings.
- Facilitating collaboration and communication with all internal and external key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth flow of information from the CEO Office across functions and units in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist CEO in planning and forecasting short, mid and long-term strategy/business plans.
- To assess revenue vis- vis the budgeted revenue on a regular basis and analyse any deviations
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business (Unit operation, industry drivers, challenges, competitors, brands position in the global market place) Support in all sustainability, business development, marketing, HR or any other initiatives that are driven from the Corporate Office
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate or Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management/ Business
- Management or other related fields from a reputed institute.
- Post Graduation - Any Specialization
- 2-3 years' Experience of working in a consulting firm/hospitality industry would be an added advantage
