About the Role
The Assistant Director Operations will lead process improvements related to the Registration Management program and manage the efficient delivery of the APVMA's Enquiries section.
Located in either Canberra ACT or regional Armidale NSW, you will gain experience in the Australian Public Service and have access to flexible working arrangements.

Manage the efficient delivery of the APVMA's Enquiries section
Develop and maintain high-performing teams
Deliver client-focused service delivery, specifically public-facing enquiries services
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
Strong leadership skills
Experience with client-focused service delivery
Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Proven ability to communicate written information coherently
Knowledge of the regulatory environment (desirable)
Qualifications in science communications, regulation, project management, or public administration (desirable)
