We are Looking a motivated Assistant – Finance to support payroll, accounts, and finance operations for both US and India. The role includes payroll processing, invoicing, payment handling, financial record management, and basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
• Process timesheets, prepare payroll, and generate payslips.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate financial and payroll records.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance inputs.
Requirements
• 0–2 years in finance/payroll/accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables ).
• Knowledge of QuickBooks/Tally/ERP systems preferred .
• Basic accounting & bookkeeping knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts .
