As Assistant Front Office Manager at Travelodge Hotel Auckland Wynyard you’re pitch perfect and lead by example when it comes to understanding and exceeding guest experiences – whether it’s return guest programs, CRM use or guest feedback improvement plans. You’re both a motivator and a magnet – assisting the Front Office team, inspiring, guiding, coaching, and developing them along their career journey to awesomeness. Leading by example and operational excellence is where you excel and standing side by side with the team is the name of the game.
It would be boring if there wasn’t the odd bump in the road, and occasional peacemaker and professional problem-solver are certainly hats you’ll wear from time to time.
