Position Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant HR and Admin to join our team. This role will support various HR functions and handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production house.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and coordinating office events.
• Provide support in employee relations and address HR-related inquiries.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
