Job Description
This role involves extending HR support primarily in the field of recruitment and selection for GIC establishment. Also, the position requires skills and capabilities for handling HR operations and supporting HR Manager for generalist activities.
Recruitment and staffing
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
• Hold intake meeting with hiring managers, post job advertisement, screen applications (including the first interview coordinate interviews, conduct reference check, provide comp recommendation to the HR manager/Hiring manager, extend job offers, and serve as point of contact for candidates and new hires.
• Responsible for management of 3rd party manpower agency.
Training & development
• Execute new hire orientation program on a regular basis ensuring rich on-boarding experience for new hires
• Ensure all mandatory training programs such as ****** harassment and COC are conducted in time and maintain the training records.
• Support and co-ordinate the training logistics covering corporate, regional, and local training programs.
• Coordinate for virtual on-boarding as and when needed
Employee Relations
• Responsible for employee survey administration, analysis, and report. Support HR manager to follow up on improvement action items by supporting workshop with the employees and management
• Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook update.
HR Operations
• Act as a local contact for Workday to address employee and manager enquiries and provide the necessary training and refresher sessions.
• Prepare various HR dashboard, reports, MIS, personal file
