Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing typical HR work like leaves, attendance, salary, bonuses, penalties, employee issues etc.
2. Sourcing, screening and recruitment of candidates and creating offer letters.
3. Calling, coordinating and conducting interviews.
4. Making sure the office runs smoothly (including its cleanliness and upkeep).
5. Assisting boss in streamlining his/her work.
6. Making sure monthly tasks (like payments to clients) etc. are happening on time.
7. Training or leading new/existing staff members who take up the kind of work in which the company thinks you have already gained expertise.
8. Local travel for office work.
9. Record keeping and managing office inventory.

1. Excellent English Speaking Skills
2. Excellent Oratory Skills
3. Excellent People Management Skills
4. Computer Proficiency (Google Sheets, Emails, MS-Word etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
