Overview:
As the Performance Management HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards excellence, drives employee engagement, and maximizes individual and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
v Design and Implement Performance Management Systems: Develop and implement comprehensive performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
v Performance Appraisal Process: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including defining performance metrics, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managers.
v Performance Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices, goal setting, performance improvement, and career development opportunities.
v Performance Metrics and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure individual, team, and organizational performance. Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing performance.
v Employee Engagement and Recognition: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction through effective performance management practices, recognition programs, and rewards systems.
v Training and Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee performance and competencies.
v Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and maintain performance management policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on performance management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance management systems and processes in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of performance management best practices, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software/tools.
