Job Summary: The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to a positive workplace culture and assist in the development of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
• Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
• Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for employees.
Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
• Compliance & Policies:
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 4 years of experience in Hospitality HR or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
