From an Assistant HR Manager, we expect following rules and responsibilities once we hire you:
• Onboarding and Offboarding formalities and documentation.
• Setting up interviews for the job profile as per the requirement of the company.
• Getting engaged in campus drives for high chances of recruitment.
• Organizing and setting of weekly engagement activities for better motivation, performance and retention of the employees.
• Tracking on employee attendance.
• Processing payroll and conducting disciplinary actions.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
