Job Description
Drafting and vetting of various documents related to Assignment of Loans, different legal and statutory notices related/Handling litigation (Civil and Criminal) and also matters
- A deep understanding of laws relating to the Banks and allied, Commercial Laws, etc
Age : Not more than 35 years ( can be relaxed in deserving cases);/ 4 to 8 years of legal experience into Banks, Financial Institutions/NBFC’s ARC. Experience with ARC shall be preferred
Qualification : LLB
