Maintenance Engineer (Facilities)
£28,500 - £30,000 + Monday - Friday + Day Shift + 36 Days Holiday

Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in Facilities Management or similar, looking for a permanent, secure, days-based position with an award-winning Hotel? Joining a company that gives you the opportunity to work a varied role with progression opportunities available.
This company is a well-established multi-award-winning hotel based in Birmingham. The role would be working on-site within the maintenance team, playing an essential role in overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of all hotel facilities and systems.
On offer is a regular 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday, with flexibility on your starting time. You can expect to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, working to ensure health and safety standards are upheld, as well as liaising with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer who is looking for a secure permanent role working in a tight-knit team in a friendly hotel setting.

• On-site preventative maintenance and refurbishments.
• Update and create maintenance reports.
• Fit and adjust equipment.

• Facilities background (desirable)
• Health and Safety Certified (IOSH or similar)
