Role Requirements -
• Experience of handling maintenance of a large Central Kitchen / Bakery,
• Technically skilled with knowledge of troubleshooting for equipment's, infrastructure, MEP etc.
• Demonstrable ability to bring in cost efficiency through cost saving measures,
• Provide out-of-the box solutions for maintenance work,
• Take up small renovation / retrofitment projects,
• Create and maintain documents for preventive and breakdown maintenance,
• Leadership qualities, Positive attitude, Self Starter.
