We are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing manufacturing group in South Birmingham that is expanding its finance team. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career within a supportive, collaborative environment where development and progression are actively encouraged.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
Preparing and posting journals, prepayments, and accruals
Completing balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
Collaborating closely with the wider finance team to improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar finance role with exposure to management accounts
Actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA
Confident working independently with good attention to detail
Comfortable working 5 days a week in an office-based role
