Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily field calls with existing customer alloted by company. The candidate will be responsible for upselling or cross selling of insurance products to our existing customers. Qualifications - Managerial skills, Leadership skills, and Decision-making abilities - Strong organizational and communication skills - Problem-solving and Analytical skills - Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and policies - Experience in customer service. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Professional certification in Insurance Management is a plus Highest CTC offered is 3.30 lakhs plus incentives
