Who you are:
Have held a supervisory or leadership role within a Quick Service Restaurant, or a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
You have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
You are passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards.
Nurture, mentor, and develop our new generation of leaders! We believe great leaders create new leaders!
Drive a strong restaurant culture through reward and recognition and help us embed a fun and inclusive environment (spontaneous dancing is encouraged!)
Have your voice heard by contributing ideas & suggestions to continually improve and refine our restaurant operations
