Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Manager who can efficiently handle day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate should have good management skills along with basic knowledge of Shopify to assist in website-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and coordinate with team members
Handle employee communication, attendance, and task follow-ups
Ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues
Assist in managing and updating the Shopify website (basic level)
Coordinate with different departments for task completion
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Support management in decision-making and process improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or similar role
Basic knowledge of Shopify (product upload, updates, etc.)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or digital environment
Familiarity with SEO basics is a plus
