Good Communication skills in Kannada.
Minimum 2 years worked as designated Assistant Manager.
Excellent Communication skills in Telugu Language.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage, SLA's, (Service level adherence)
Motivating team and perform as per requirements.
Supporting the whole CRM team and helping customers in short period of time.
Work closely with operations Manager on process improvement.
Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals
Monitor the performance of the team and improve the performance and motivating team with regular feedback.
Training Development for new hires.
Coordinate with the Team to identify process improvement opportunities, Monitor, measure and report Team performance metrics and implement Team incentive programs
