Job Description
This position is an Assistant Manager, assisting with the overall day to day operations and facilities and assigned field staff within the QEII portfolio.
Responsibilities
Provide clear communication and direction to Car Park Staff
Assist with the rostering and leave coverage of staff as required during periods of absence and annual leave.
Monitor and report on site operations.
Liaise with Senior Management to assist with feedback to clients on matters on site operations.
Assist with attendant duties as required (tickets, intercoms, equipment faults and repairs)
Provide advice and recommendations on potentials OH&S issues and future infrastructure requirements.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Previous experience in an operational environment with some team lead or people management exposure
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
High level administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Good computer literacy and excel competency.
C class WA Driving Licence
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
