We have an opening for the post of Assistant Manager Accountant for a reputed Company for their New Delhi(Janakpuri) Head Office.
Job Description:
• Accounting entries in Tally
• Completing books of accounts on Weekly and Monthly Basis
• GST and TDS Reconciliation
• Making Vendor in software
• Coordinating with vendors and making payment to them
• Well verse with TDS provisions (to be deducted on accounts payable)
• GST reconciliation and coordinating with them for correction
• Billing to parties via company software
• Follow-up for generating invoices
• Weekly Debtors Ledger Scrutiny, payment Reminders via call and email and confirmation.
• TDS reconciliation in tally, software and 26AS
• Confirmation of GST credit to parties
• Daily bank reconciliation and Monthly Bank statement reconciliation.
• Monthly Invoice Report Preparation
• Submission of MIS on monthly basis
• Monthly GST calculation and Return
• Monthly TDS calculation and Return
• Support in Submission of ITR at the year
Candidate Skills:
• Can handle Clients and a team of 2-3 members & report to management.
• Have a good experience in Accounts Payable & Bank Reconciliation.
