Position: Assistant Manager (Accounts & Tax)

CTC: 6.00 to 8.00 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accounting: Preparing and maintenance of books of accounts.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes like GST and Income Tax.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence.
Team Supervision: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Financial Systems Management: Oversee accounting software and systems.
Strategic Support: Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Vendor and Client Relations: Manage financial interactions with vendors and clients.
Key Areas: Accounting, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, GST, Imports & Exports, Payroll, EPF & ESI, Financial Reporting.
Technical skills: Mybizz ERP, Tally/Zoho Books/SAP/Dynamics/Netsuite, MS Office (Advanced Excel).
Required skill set:
a. Must have strong accounting skills (Indian GAAP). IFRS Knowledge will be an added advantage
b. Preparation and review of financial statements
c. Review of GST Returns (GSTR 1 & 3B, + & +C)
d. GST Refunds, Notices & Assessments
e. Income Tax Return filings (ITR 1-6), Reply to Notices, audit & assessments
f. Inventory management and accounting skills are mandatory.
Qualifications: CA/CMA with article ship experience.
