At Two Guys Chicken Burger, located in the Royal Oak Shopping Mall, we are known for our
gourmet chicken burgers. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality food efficiently,
even during the busiest times.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant and taking responsibility for
managing the restaurant in the manager’s absence
Supervise and support restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and
teamwork
Manage staff roster and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
Assist in managing inventory, placing orders and minimizing wastage
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
One year of experience in the hospitality industry
Having a hospitality/business management certification would be great but not
necessary if you can demonstrate experience
Great leadership, customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
