Location - Jaipur Rajasthan
Responsibilities
Assisting the Manager in setting and achieving team goals and targets
Training and onboarding new employees
Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
Handling escalated customer inquiries and issues
Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Analyzing and reporting on team and customer metrics to management
Participating in team meetings and providing updates on team performance
Assisting with the development of team schedules and resource planning
Collaborating with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery
Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and targets.
In addition to these specific duties, an Assistant Manager in a BPO may also be responsible for other tasks as assigned by the Manager or the company. It is important for an Assistant Manager in a BPO to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues in a professional and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum graduate or equivalent
2+ years of BPO or equivalent management experience
Strong verbal or written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
