Verifying the vendor bills.
Planning, Co-ordination, and conducting trainings of Employee to achieve the target of 16hrs.
Assisting employees for Mediclaim policies and settlement.
Monitoring the coordination of monthly rewards and recognition activities.
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Monitor and control the BA (Business Associate) employees.
Complete monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.
Compute and records payroll data as scheduled.
Assists the employees for their questions and problems courteously and promptly
